After occupying several adopted office spaces, the firm finally had the opportunity to create a workplace specifically developed with their needs and values in mind. Transitional design elements that incorporate traditional and modern touches convey the firm’s responsible, judicious ethos. Matte materiality and bronze detailing exude a classic elegance, while a single, clean ceiling plane with cove lighting is intentionally serene.
A collegial culture keeps the workplace atmosphere friendly and open, but the firm does most of its work via independent deal teams. Private offices range in size and are assigned according to title. Extra seating in each office provides collaborative space for deal teams. While the deal teams need to work in private, glass walls allow them to feel connected to their coworkers. Outside of the private offices, analysts and support staff occupy six-by-six workstations with sit-stand desks.
