The relocation of MFA Financial’s Manhattan headquarters to One Vanderbilt provided an exciting opportunity for The Spector Group to design a modern space that reinvigorates and energizes the company’s culture. A customized workplace strategy process worked hand-in-hand with MFA’s employees to establish guiding principles and a planning approach to enhance the company’s core values and future business goals. MFA’s workplace promotes collaboration, transparency and a high-energy culture–reflecting the building’s physical connection to Grand Central Terminal.
