The Switzer Group collaborated with Volunteers of America to consolidatte 5 separate locations into one spacious, light-filled new headquarters for the human services organization. Their journey of creating a corporate office began by looking to consolidate and promote more collaboration among team members and efficiency between different departments within a central location in Midtown. The client wanted to create a space that supported and fostered open dialogue, collaboration and a climate for attracting young talent. The space includes workstations, plenty of lounging spaces in the open plan, along with meeting booths and an open cafe.
