Private Firm
We collaborated with GMH Architecture, Verus Construction, and TFS Engineering to transform a 3,500-square-foot former medical office into a vibrant and functional workspace. The redesign encompassed the entire office, including the conference room, workstations, and café area. Facing the challenge of a long, narrow layout, we introduced curves to soften the space and make it feel more expansive. High ceilings, a combination of direct and indirect lighting, and strategically placed windows maximize natural light and brightness. The dynamic breakroom features signature red accents, glass panels, and wavy tiles at the entrance, creating an inviting and modern atmosphere for staff.
