We partnered with TPG Architecture, Gardiner & Theobald, CBRE, and J.T. Magen & Company to reimagine the workspace for Cohen & Steers, a leading global investment manager located in New York City. Spanning 160,000 square feet at 1166 Avenue of the Americas, our goal was to create a collaborative environment that attracts and retains top talent. Our design transformed the traditional office layout into a dynamic space that balances innovation with elegance. Engaging in visioning sessions fostered collective decision-making, ensuring the design met Cohen & Steers’ unique needs. The new layout features collaborative stations on each floor, equipped with high-top surfaces and advanced audiovisual infrastructure.
